It is a wholly 100% Botswana citizen-owned IT company duly registered in accordance with PPADB and Company laws of the Republic of Botswana, Companies Act Cap 42:01 which provides procurement, supply and consulting services for Information Technology Management, resources management, development, monitoring support and evaluation within the government, parastatal and private sector.
